DSVE was formed at the BatSU KSPI on the basis of the minutes of the meeting of the Academic Council of KSPI No. 8/1 § 1 of September 22, 2008. In the 2008-2009 academic year, L. Muratova, who has extensive teaching experience, an Excellent Worker in Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, a senior teacher, was appointed head of the DSVE. From September 1, 2010, Ch.A.Madiyarova, from the 2014-2015 academic year T.T.Tashpolotov, from February 1, 2015, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor T.N.Karanova, and from the 2019-2020 academic year, candidate of historical sciences A.T.Berdiev were appointed heads of DSVE KSPI BatSU. Currently, the department has three departments: primary school and preschool education, applied computer science and natural sciences, social sciences and humanities. Arzybayeva, the head of the department “Social and Humanitarian Sciences” – G.A. Zhunusova. Currently, 676 students are educated in the department, of which 329 are full-time students, and 247 students are part-time students. DSVE employs 26 teachers.
The duties of DSVE – are to critically analyze their achievements and shortcomings, develop their achievements and eliminate their shortcomings; new education using information technology.
The purpose of DSVE is to develop the social and personal qualities of students through a competency-based approach; To train specialists who are able to work professionally and successfully in the chosen field of activity.
All of the above specialties were successfully accredited and received a certificate for a period of 5 years.
DSVE practice
According to the curriculum, in accordance with the schedule of the educational process, students of secondary vocational education undergo internships on a contract basis in Kyzyl-Kiya and in some educational institutions and enterprises located in Kadamjai and Nookat regions. G. Egemberdieva was appointed head of the department’s practice. The head of the department students are assigned methodologists who provide methodological assistance to students and manage their practical activities.
The head of the practice, together with the head of the department, organizes an orientation conference before the practice, respectively, a final conference after the practice. Timely orders are issued for the passage of practice, a diary-practice, referral. During the practice, students and methodologists work closely together. During the practice, the best students can demonstrate their organizational skills at a high level.

At the end of the practice, a competition was organized at the final conference. The interns organized an exhibition of visual aids for junior students and as a model for sharing experience. A special commission selected the best, nominated interns and concluded the conference.
Educational work
At the beginning of the 2021-2022 academic year, Aizirek Irabbay kyzy was appointed and is actively working as the Deputy Head of the Department for Educational Work. At the beginning of the year, a plan of educational activities was developed and founded. Curators and elders were appointed to the groups and action plans were developed. Among the students, a student senate will be formed, which will work closely with the deputy. At the suggestion of students, the best teams are determined every week and a mobile “Knowledge Cup” is awarded.
Students who actively participate in social activities will receive certificates of honor, diplomas and letters of thanks from parents who hase contributed to the development of the department of secondary vocational education. Students actively participate in institutional and city activities. Curator classes are held every Thursday at 17:00. We work with students who miss a lot of classes. Curators conduct raids on their places of residence. The Women’s Council meets weekly and consults. District inspectors often meet with students.
DSVE students actively participated in competitions at the institutional, university and city levels, won prizes. In accordance with the decree of the President, land plots were allocated to the teams for improvement, a competition for improvement was organized. To motivate our students, the department organizes various weeks and competitions, and the winners are given attractive gifts.
Conditions of study of students.
The department is equipped with 24 classrooms, 2 computer labs and 3 interactive whiteboards, 4 training rooms, a gym, football grounds and a canteen. The computer lab is connected to the Internet. Involving students in research work:
The main task of the department is creative work with students. The following subject circles operate in this direction: “Jash Kalemger”, “Akyl Ordo”, “Young Technician”.
Communications of the department with other universities and educational institutions
Close relationship with nearby and distant scientific institutions in order to train teaching staff, as well as the formation of a tradition in this direction, conducting research and educational and methodological work. It should be noted the connection of the department with the secondary schools of the city of Kyzyl-Kiya, Kadamzhai, Nookat, Aravan regions, as well as the universities of ZhaSU, OSHSU, OshSPU, KUIU etc.
