The center of secondary professional education of the Sulyukta regional institute of the BatSU was established in accordance with the decision of the Scientific Council of the Sulyukta Humanities and Economics Institute of the BatSU and the order of the director of the Sulyukta Humanities and Economics Institute of the BatSU for the number 131 of October 3, 2008, began its educational activities that implement secondary professional education specialties on the basis of basic secondary and secondary general education on a contract basis.
By the decision of the Scientific Council of the Sulyukta Humanities and Economics Institute of the BatSU, by Protocol No. 4 dated March 1, 2014, the Center for Secondary Professional Education was renamed to the Department of Secondary Professional Education.
