Brief history of the department. On October 1, 2009, as part of one of the sections No. 12/1 §6 of the Department of Secondary Vocational Education, the section “Professional disciplines” was created. The head of the section was appointed lecturer Ch.A.Madiyarova, the deputy head of the section – G.S.Sultanova, the laboratory assistant – Zh.A.Matkarimova. 33 teachers worked in the section “Professional disciplines”, including 1 excellent student, 1 associate professor, 2 candidates, 2 senior teachers and 27 teachers.
From October 22, 2010-2011 academic year, Zh. Matkarimova was appointed head of the section. 26 teachers worked in the section: 1 associate professor, 5 senior teachers, 20 teachers. In the 2011-2012 academic year, 30 teachers worked at the department. From September 1, 2012-2013 B.Ismanalieva was appointed head of the department. 35 teachers worked, 23 teachers were full-time teachers, 12 teachers were part-time teachers. Of these, 2 teachers were awarded diplomas of the Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic, 4 teachers were awarded diplomas of the regional level, 6 teachers were awarded diplomas from the mayor’s office, 5 teachers underwent advanced training. The full-time department has 23 teachers and 12 part-time teachers. Since the 2013-2014 academic year, Nurdinova G.A. has been appointed deputy head of the department. Currently, 30 teachers work at the department, 21 of them are full-time and 9 are part-time teachers. All of them have higher education. Of these: 3 teachers were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, 8 teachers were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the regional level, 7 were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Mayor. 7 teachers completed the practice of advanced training.
From 2014 to 2015, the head of the department was Uraimov I.V. During these years, 29 teachers worked, 21 full-time teachers and eight part-time teachers. All of them have higher education. Of these: 3 teachers were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, 8 – were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the regional level, 2 – were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the city akim. 5 – completed the practice of advanced training.
From January 1, 2015, the section was headed by Kh.R. Tairov. On the basis of order No. 03-20 / 127, the departments of “Pedagogy and Psychology”, “Humanities” were created. The head of the department “Pedagogy and Psychology” was appointed K.A. Meimanov. Approved 16,880 hours of teaching load. In the 2018-2019 academic year, 23 teachers were employed, including 11 full-time teachers and 12 part-time teachers. All of them have higher education. Of these: 2 teachers were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, 3 teachers were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the regional level, 2 teachers were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the city akim.
12 teachers completed the practice of advanced training. On September 15, 2021, on the basis of the order of the rector of BatSU No. 03-21/121, the department was renamed “Primary and Preschool Education”.
Teaching and learning activities.
All curricula are drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Education and the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (30 592/1 dated June 30, 2018, No. 556/1 dated August 28, 2018), developed by the Ministry of Education and Science in other areas (On approval requirements for the structure of subjects, labor intensity and the mandatory minimum content), developed in 2018 in accordance with the provisions of the educational and methodological association. Educational – methodical work. The department carries out departmental office work, educational and methodological work on the basis of a specially created nomenclature. Staff forms and staff lists of the department have been developed and approved. The clock is loaded, summary sheets are attached to special folders. Individual work plans of teachers are completed. Mutual attendance of teachers is well organized. Decisions made by the institute and faculties are discussed in a timely manner by the teachers of the department and appropriate measures are taken. The department includes experienced teachers Meimanova K., Nasyrova D., Ergeshova O., as well as other teachers conduct open classes and events. Experienced teachers have written and published educational and methodological complexes in their subjects.
The AVN information system has been introduced in the educational process, relevant documents have been uploaded (curricula, hours, information about students and teachers, progress sheets, test questions, work programs, syllabuses, etc.), work is underway to fully automate the educational process. learning process. The use of a modular-rating system of training in teaching students has proven itself well. Based on the schedule created during the semester, teachers receive modules from students and evaluate their knowledge. Teachers give students assignments for independent work and check their results.
Communication with employers. Since the department provides services in the field of socio-economic education, primary and preschool education, it closely cooperates with Kyzyl-Kiya, Nookat, Kadamzhay, Aravan, in order to conduct special internships, pedagogical practices, state internships, contracts have been concluded. There are also individual contracts with secondary schools in the region.
Research work. Teacher of the department Meimanova K.A. I. continues his studies in the 2nd year of postgraduate study at the Kyrgyz State University named after Arabaev. She is working on her Ph.D. thesis “Application of modern technologies in teaching in pedagogical universities”.
Lecturer of the department Sultanova A.F. in the process of online learning published an article “Obstacles in the personal development of younger students and ways to solve them.” In a special collection, articles by Zhooshev Abduvap Karazakovich “Formation of national activity of high school students through the games of nomads” and Akparali y Tynchtyk “Games of nomads and the development of national physical culture” were published. Teachers of the department actively participate in scientific and methodological conferences and seminars. Every teacher works to revitalize research.
