A bilateral meeting was held between the Mayor of Batken City, T.A. Abykeev, and the Rector of Batken State University, Doctor of Economics, Professor A.T. Gyiazov.
At the beginning of the meeting, A.T. Gyiazov congratulated T.A. Abykeev on his recent appointment as Mayor of Batken City and expressed his best wishes for the city’s development.
The discussion focused on developing Batken City’s 2025–2030 development strategy. The Vice-Rector for International Relations and Innovation at BatSU presented the university’s vision and suggestions for the city’s development.
The Batken City Mayor’s Office provided an analysis of the strategic plan for 2023–2027 and shared the progress made so far.
Both parties exchanged views on various aspects, including city beautification, providing quality services to the population, creating a convenient infrastructure, revitalizing production, and other areas. A work schedule for the commission responsible for developing the strategy was also outlined.
Numerous innovative solutions and development goals for the city were discussed during the meeting.
