On April 3, Batken State University welcomed representatives from Kalmyk State University named after B.B. Gorodovikov:
- Head of the International Cooperation Department – Hyundai Anselm Nunanyon Harold;
- Head of the International Student Recruitment and Admissions Department – Zayana Sanalovna Adyaeva.
The delegation organized an academic olympiad for high school graduates in Batken region. Winners will be awarded full scholarships at Kalmyk State University.
Tomorrow, a similar olympiad will be held in Kyzyl-Kiya at the KGPI branch of BatSU.
🎉 Thanks to the efforts of the rector of BatSU, Doctor of Economics, Professor Aidarbek Toktorovich Giyazov, 30 scholarship slots have been allocated for Batken region — a great opportunity for our youth!
🤝 There is a memorandum of mutual cooperation between BatSU and Kalmyk State University, and today this partnership was reinforced through tangible actions.
The guests also met with citizens interested in a joint retraining program implemented by BatSU and KalmSU. Through this one-year program, participants can earn qualifications in: 📘 speech therapy
📗 special education teaching
📕 psychology
📙 physics and informatics teaching, among others.
KalmSU representatives shared detailed information about the program’s opportunities and answered all participants’ questions. This is a vital initiative for the region, contributing significantly to the development of local professionals and access to quality education.
Additionally, BatSU and KalmSU have signed dual-degree agreements for bachelor’s (2+2) and master’s (1+1) programs.
BatSU is also actively collaborating on dual-degree and continuing education programs with Russian institutions such as M. Akmulla Bashkir State Pedagogical University and K. Minin Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University.
