📚 On April 28, 2025, an important international lecture was held at Batken State University!
A special lecture dedicated to key security issues was conducted within the framework of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
As part of the event, a meeting with distinguished guests took place:
🔹 Shabdanbek Murzakulovich Alishev — Deputy Secretary General of the CIS IPA Council, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic to the CIS IPA and CSTO PA;
🔹 Vyacheslav Karlenovich Kocharyan — Advisor to the Expert-Analytical Department of the Secretariat of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly.
Representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic also took part in the lecture.
🎓 Students and faculty members actively participated in the open dialogue, asking relevant questions about international security, regional stability, and security challenges in the Batken region.
📌 This lecture served as an important platform for gaining deeper insight into modern security policies.
