On April 19, 2025, the 12th Southern Regional Student Olympiad was held at the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University in the city of Osh.
At the opening ceremony, the Vice-Rector for Science, State Language and Organizational Affairs, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor M.D. Aidarova congratulated the students on the festival of knowledge. In her speech, she emphasized the features, benefits, and opportunities of the student olympiad and wished success to all participants.
Under the leadership of Professor M.D. Aidarova, students from Batken State University participated in the event and won several prizes:
- 1st place in Ecology — Anarmamatova Nurguzel (subject)
- 1st place in Geography — Japarova Zarina (subject)
- 1st place in Law Studies — Yusupova Kamila (subject)
- 2nd place in Law Studies — Kanybek kyzy Sabira (subject)
- 2nd place in Physics — Kenzheeva Ayzirek Akylbekovna (subject)
- 2nd place in English Language — Sharafutdinova Shakhnoza (specialty)
- 2nd place in Mathematics — Najmiddinova Zilola Shukhratovna (subject)
- 2nd place in Philosophy — Kamilzhonova Nagina (subject)
- 2nd place in Economics — Tashbulatova Aichurok (subject)
- 3rd place in Informatics — Aminzhanov G., Israilova R., Ismailova R. (team category, specialty)
At the end of the event, the administration of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University handed over the baton to Batken State University to host the 13th Southern Regional Student Olympiad.
