On October 1, 2024, the “Technology and Innovation Support” center was opened at Batken State University based on an agreement between the Acting Rector, Professor A.T. Giyazov, and the Director of the Intellectual Property State Fund of Kyrgyzpatent, A.A. Toktogulov.
The center provides the following services:
- access to international patent databases,
- training of patent specialists in inventions,
- training of patent attorneys for trademarks,
- electronic library on intellectual property,
- technical and technological support for innovation development.
The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property State Fund of Kyrgyzpatent, T.K. Mukhtarov, First Vice-Rector of Batken State University, Anara Miraly kyzy, Head of the Southern Regional Department of Kyrgyzpatent, B.B. Ibragimov, and Special Representative of the Rector of BatMU, G.U. Artykbaev.
The coordinator of the center is Aybek Ismailovich Kunnazarov.
