On November 15, 2024, an international scientific-practical conference titled “Current Issues in Physics Science and Teaching Technologies in the Era of Digitization” was held at the Kyzyl-Kiya Humanities and Pedagogical Institute of Batken State University. The conference was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region, the 25th anniversary of Batken Region’s creation, and the 70th anniversary of the founder of the institute, Director of the Institute of Natural Resources Use and New Technologies, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor Mitalip Muratovich Tairov.
The conference was attended by doctors of science, candidates of science, researchers, and faculty members from higher education institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as local government representatives. The event was organized at a high level.
The conference began with the laying of a capsule for the construction of a new building for the educational and innovation center. During the official opening, the moderator, the rector of Batken State University, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Aidar Toktorovich Gyiazov, delivered a welcoming speech, introduced the guests, and wished success for the conference. A video was then shown, highlighting the biography and scientific activities of Professor Mitalip Muratovich Tairov. The guests expressed their congratulations, emphasizing key moments in Professor Tairov’s life, his human qualities, and his dedicated work in science, and presented symbolic gifts to him with wishes for further success.
At the plenary session, reports were presented by the following scientists:
- Zhugamulova Alina Bakytzhanovna – General Director of the Agency for Independent Accreditation and Rating, Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana city, Candidate of Juridical Sciences. Topic: “NAAR – a Driver of Quality Education in the Kyrgyz Republic.”
- Shunkeev Kuanishbek Shunkeevich – K. Zhubanov Regional University, Aktobe city, Republic of Kazakhstan, Physics and Mathematics.
