international lecture was held at Batken State University!<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>A special lecture dedicated to key security issues was conducted within the framework of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>As part of the event, a meeting with distinguished guests took place:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Shabdanbek Murzakulovich Alishev<\/strong> \u2014 Deputy Secretary General of the CIS IPA Council, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic to the CIS IPA and CSTO PA;<br>\ud83d\udd39 <strong>Vyacheslav Karlenovich Kocharyan<\/strong> \u2014 Advisor to the Expert-Analytical Department of the Secretariat of the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic also took part in the lecture.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\ud83c\udf93 Students and faculty members actively participated in the open dialogue, asking relevant questions about international security, regional stability, and security challenges in the Batken region.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\ud83d\udccc This lecture served as an important platform for gaining deeper insight into modern security policies.<\/p>\n<!--
