Education:
Graduated from the Theological Faculty of OSH State University in 2011;
The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic graduated from the Master’s degree in the direction of “State and Municipal Administration” in 2015;
Doctoral student of the University of Necmeddin Erbakan of the Republic of Turkey, majoring in Public Administration and Political Science.
Work experience:
From June 2011 to December 2012-Specialist-Chief Specialist of the Youth Affairs Committee of the Osh City Hall;
From December 2012 to September 2013 – specialist of the Osh Regional Department of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Youth of the Kyrgyz Republic;
From December 2012 to May 2015 – Coordinator for OSH Dormitories;
From May 2015 to October 2019 – Director of the gymnasium “Iman” OSH State University.
